How it all works

Pretty simple really! All you gotta do is this:

You complete our online Fact Find. We analyse your answers and complete a full proposal for you including three different loan options.

We explain the pros and cons of the different options (minus the bank jargon).

Our aim is to get this to you within 48 hours. If your situation is a little complicated, then we will need some extra time to dig a bit further and prepare the right options for you.

We will request supporting documents from you and once received, we submit to the lender.

Now we wait, and we keep you informed every step of the way. A pre-approval can take anywhere from 24hours to 4 weeks depending on the lender. We will make sure you know upfront the turn around times and what you need to expect.
